Responsibilities include: managing daily patient access operations including staffing, policies and procedures; monitoring registration accuracy, patient flow, registration wait times, POS collections, bad debt, front end related denials, financial counseling and other goals required; developing, implementing, reviewing and updating department administrative policies and procedures; preparing statistical reports for executive review; working on the pre-registration and outpatient sides and more.
