OUR WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU
Our working relationship with you, our candidate, is critically
important to the overall success of our search and, ultimately,
to our finding and placing you in your next career advancing
opportunity.
There are a number of key factors that determine the health
of our relationship and they're detailed below. You'll notice
most of these factors are "time" related. Gaps
of time, without feedback and without the process
advancing, is the single greatest barrier to you receiving
an employment offer. Therefore…
We need timely (very timely) access to you via phone. You
will have our office, cell, and home phone #'s and we are
eager to take your call and keep the process advancing. We
need the same commitment from you. We need your commitment
to be available to interview, within reason, according to
our client's time schedule. It is generally much harder for
a company to arrange for their hiring team to schedule interviews
than it should be for you. We'll work hard to get the client's
people to keep the interviewing process advancing, we need
for you to be ready through out the process. . We need immediate
(within 30 minutes) feedback following each interview. Whether
on the company's lobby phone, your cell phone, or a collect
call from a pay phone down the street. We're looking for your
decision on whether you're interested in advancing to the
next step. If you're not sure, that generally indicates the
opportunity/company is not quite what you're looking for.
Simply tell us that and we'll discuss staying in touch with
you for other opportunities down the road. We need complete
honesty. You have ours. Things sometimes change during the
recruiting process, simply keep us apprised.
...We need decisions. From your
decision to work with us to your decision to accept an offer.
"No" is a decision and we're OK with that. We just
need to continue the decision making process.
Recruiting is a "Contact Sport." Direct recruiting and
cold call canvassing is, in our opinion, the best way to reach
the productive, employed and qualified candidates.
Good candidates are typically not looking at classified ads or
blindly posting resumes to Internet based recruiting sites.
When it comes to candidate recruitment, "Knowledge is Power."
We believe in thoroughly interviewing potential candidates to
uncover red-flags or objections early in the recruiting process
to ensure candidate acceptance at the point of offer.
We understand the Healthcare industry and feel that our methods,
resourcefulness and persistence provide the basis for us to be
successful for our clients.
What we do: Our knowledge of the industry and
its people, coupled with an extensive library of files, research
material and contacts enable us to quickly identify the most viable
candidates in a given market.
... Once having reached them, we
know how to best present and promote the client's opportunity.
...We walk clients and candidates
through the recruiting and placement process, following carefully
planned and proven methods. We stay involved even after a candidate
has been hired, to ensure a smooth transition for both parties.
The result: A professional, cost effective and
timely search for our clients.
